The Water Innovation Project partners with Smart H2O Summit

SAN FRANCISCO — The Smart H2O Summit announced a partnership with the Water Innovation Project, a consultancy, idea lab and leadership hub, according to a press release.

The Smart H2O Summit will take place Aug. 17-19, 2015, at the San Francisco Marriott Marquis, stated the release.

The release reported that the event, targeting municipalities and other key water stewards, was created to assist communities and select business sectors resolve critical water infrastructure challenges through innovative technologies and solutions.

The partnership will help facilitate the development of thought-leading conference content and provide a platform for information technology companies to exhibit, explained Jane McDermott, Smart H2O Summit director, in the release.

“The Water Innovation Project and the Smart H2O Summit share a vision of the smart water network of the future, in which information technology and big data analysis combine with new and existing physical technologies to produce tomorrow’s sustainable water supply,” said McDermott.
