SPARTANBURG, SC, Jan. 27, 2012 -- Kusters Zima Corporation has acquired Hi-Tech Environmental Inc., a leading producer of water and wastewater equipment. The acquisition is expected to further strengthen Kusters Zima's business in key growth markets of municipal and industrial wastewater.
Equipment and service will continue under the Hi-Tech brand. Sales efforts will be handled by representatives of both Hi-Tech and Kusters Zima's Waste Tech division, with equipment manufactured at the Kusters Zima facility in Spartanburg SC.
