• Chemilizer Products purchased by global leader in proportioning, dosing and dispensing
CINCINNATI, OH, June 1, 2010 -- Chemilizer Products Inc., Largo, FL, a leading manufacturer of environmentally friendly, non-electric chemical metering equipment has been acquired by Hydro Systems Company. Hydro Systems is the world's largest independent manufacturer of chemical proportioning and dispensing systems and an operating unit of Dover Corporation (NYSE:DOV). Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
