In accordance with this year’s theme, “Partners for Progress,” attendees can strengthen partnerships with fellow EASA members through education sessions, networking, and sharing knowledge and information about their work.
“As I’ve said before, even though we may be competitors, we all share a common interest, and networking with your fellow members helps to foster great ‘Partners for Progress,'” said James Smith, EASA Chairman of the Board and president of Advanced Electric Equipment Service Inc. in La Crosse, Wisconsin.
Steve Callen of Nidec Motor Corp. agrees with the power of networking at the event. After all, EASA relationships have driven business in the industry for decades and generations. “It’s a great place to easily see in one place all of our customers and connect with them,” Callen said. “There’s no one place I can go and see that many people at one time. It’s a cost-effective solution for doing that … There is no better place to come to see the industry. This is the industry. It’s all the people who manufacturer the product, it’s all the people that work on the product, it’s all the people that sell the product.”
