MORRISTOWN, N.J. — Louis Berger has acquired Leidos Engineering’s water and waste resource division to further expand its growing water practice, according to a press release.

The newly added division will be integrated into Louis Berger’s U.S.-based operating company, The Louis Berger Group Inc., stated the release.

The release noted that Leidos’ water and waste resources practice is focused on planning, program and construction management, engineering and financial advisory services for water and waste resources clients.

“This acquisition will deepen our water practice as well as our geographic presence and further strengthen Louis Berger’s global technical expertise in the water market sector,” said Group Operating Company President Thomas Lewis. “We are committed to providing our clients seamless project delivery as Louis Berger integrates Leidos’ division.”
