In September, I was invited to Twinsburg, Ohio by Watts Water Technologies to report on the company’s Grand Opening of its new dealer showroom in Twinsburg, Ohio. The company welcomed several members of the media and city officials for the Sept. 18 event.
On the morning of the Grand Opening, I attended an exclusive tour and celebration, which included a visit from the city of Twinsburg’s Mayor Katherine Procop as well as Larry Finch, City of Twinsburg’s planning and development director.
A water treatment company opening its doors in Twinsburg was certainly a welcomed sight for city officials. Speaking about the area’s diversity in business, Finch offered why this is important.
“[Our city] has a good blend of businesses operating in different fields,” said Finch. “Every time a new business opens here in a different industry, it helps to secure the city’s stability.”
Two hires to go along with Grand Opening
In addition to the new location, the company also announced two new hires. Cora Dietz, CWS-VI, will serve as branch sales manager and Mike Cline has been hired as inside support/sales engineer for the new water quality showroom.
“This state-of-the-art, interactive showroom signals our commitment to offering the highest level of service, support and solutions for water quality dealers,” said Dietz, who played an integral role in the location’s design and planning. “Watts water quality continues to lead the industry in offering easy access for order pickup, replacement parts and/or one-on-one conversations with our business managers, engineers and technical advisors. This new branch is proof of our commitment to all of these principles.”
Here are some photos from the visit and Grand Opening. Thank you to Watts for inviting us to their special event and best of luck with your new location.
