A new sizing tool developed specifically for GF Piping Systems’ new Pressure Control Valve family makes it easy for customers to determine the proper valve size to ensure optimum valve performance and prevent valve damage. The tool calculates the correct Pressure Regulating Valve (PRV) size to select from the company’s new line of high-purity performance PRVs. To use the tool, the customer simply enters the valve type desired (either pressure retaining or pressure reducing) along with the process parameters, and the program calculates the optimum valve size to select. The Victaulic Series 365 AWWA Vic-Plug™ valve is a grooved-end eccentric plug valve available in 3-12-inch sizes (80-300 mm). The body conforms to AWWA C-509 standard end-to-end dimensions, while the grooved ends conform to ANSI/AWWA C-606 rigid groove specifications. Installation is quick and easy with Victaulic Style 31 couplings, Style 307 transition couplings or in combination with Style 341 Vic-Flange® adapters. The eccentric plug design assures bubble-tight sealing up to 175 psi (1,200 kPa) as the plug cams into the seat. Bidirectional sealing to 25 psi (172 kPa) is standard; full bidirectional sealing to 175 psi is also available.
Hayward Flow Control has expanded its NVA series needle valves to now include CPVC and PVDF materials, increasing the range of applications and services where the NVA series can be used, be it higher temperatures or high purity. The NVA series features an integrated stem with a PTFE seat for superior control, purity, and performance. Sizes range from 1/4” (DN8) to 1/2” (DN10). FPM seals are standard. All valves carry a pressure rating of 150 psi/10 bar non-shock at 70°F. Maximum service temperature for CPVC valves is 190°F (88°C) and 280°F (138°C) for PVDF valves.

Redflex® NSF 61 Certified expansion joints from Red Valve are designed to relieve piping stress, compensate for movement, reduce noise, and isolate vibration. The rugged PTFE core extends through the entire length of the joint to the face of the flange and is backed by a fabricated rubber body reinforced with high-strength synthetic fabric and steel wire. The cover material is selected to suit service characteristics and has the option to be coated with special paint to resist weathering, ozone or acid fumes. Available with single, double, triple, or wide arches.
