Potable water transportation and service provider in the oil, gas and mining industries will become part of Stallion Oilfield Services.

HOUSTON, TEXAS, FEB 2, 2018 -- Stallion Oilfield Services Ltd. ("Stallion") announced that it has acquired substantially all of the assets of Al's Water Service ("Al's"), a provider of potable water transportation and services to the oil, gas and mining industries. Al's is based in Washington, Pennsylvania, which will enable Stallion to continue to serve its customers in the tri-state area of Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Ohio.

"Our acquisition of Al's Water Service complements our overall remote accommodations offerings so that we can now provide near end to end services to our customers. This investment represents an important strategic opportunity to offer a potable water solution to the hard-working men and women of the oil, gas and mining industries in the area, and it also provides Stallion with an opportunity to expand our service offerings and customer base in the Southwest Pennsylvania region," said David Mannon, Stallion's Chief Executive Officer.

"Al's has a well-earned reputation for reliable service in the Washington, Pennsylvania area, and our employees will fit well into Stallion's culture of unwavering commitment to customer service," said Jeff Pinkerton, owner of Al's Water Service. Jeff will become an employee of Stallion and help manage the Washington, Pennsylvania location.

Going forward, Al's Water Service will transition to the Stallion brand.
