OSWEGO, KS, Oct. 16, 2006 -- BOSS Tank announced the appointment of John Farris as president, effective Oct. 16. Farris has more than thirty years experience in the storage industry. He will be responsible for guiding and directing all aspects of BOSS Tank's business: engineering, sales, marketing and operations.

"John is a true veteran of the tank business," said Barbara Storment, Sales and Marketing Manager at BOSS Tank. She cited his knowledge, experience, standards, ethics, vision and leadership. Prior to joining BOSS Tank, Farris was president of All State Tank Manufacturing in Grove, OK. He has been President of A.O. Smith Engineered Storage Products Company and President of Peabody TecTank, Inc.
