ProSep reaches milestone achievement for Osorb Media
ProSep announced a major milestone achievement for one of its proprietary produced water treatments, Osorb Media, a re-generable, modified organo-silica used for the polishing of oilfield water and gas streams. ProSep has secured a multi-million-dollar order for this water treatment system, which has been in development for the past seven years. The system utilizes a 5,000-barrels-of-water-per-day system that is designed to reduce benzene, toluene, ethyl benzene and xylene contaminants to less than 15 parts per million on an offshore platform.

T&M Associates hires new manager
Vito Spadavecchia joined T&M Associates as water resources department manager to lead the company’s North Jersey water and wastewater practice. In this role, Spadavecchia will help clients comply with increasingly stringent regulations and to support the planning, design, construction and operation of water treatment and distribution systems, sewage collection and treatment systems, pumping stations, reservoirs and other water-related infrastructure. Spadavecchia is based in T&M Associates’ Bloomfield, New Jersey office.
SEEPEX names new president and COO

Mark Jones was named president and chief operating officer for SEEPEX Inc., succeeding Mike Dillon as president of the company. Dillon will continue as chief executive officer and a member of the management board of the SEEPEX global group of companies until Jones assumes the position of chief executive in the fourth quarter of 2017. After 2017, Dillon will continue at SEEPEX in engineering and product development roles. Jones was most recently vice president of engineering and marketing at NORD Gear Corporation.

Honeywell completes acquisition of Nextnine
Honeywell completed its acquisition of Nextnine Ltd., a privately held provider of industrial cybersecurity solutions. Nextnine will be integrated into Honeywell’s Industrial Cyber Security group to strengthen the company’s capability to offer multi-vendor, multi-site secure remote access, monitoring and support to protect industrial control systems and critical infrastructure against a growing threat of cyber attacks.
