TUSTIN, Calif. — The Pacific Water Quality Association (PWQA) revealed the dates of the upcoming “Legislative Days,” taking place in Sacramento, according to information provided by PWQA.

PWQA explained that Legislative Days provide the opportunity to meet with legislators “in the company of fellow PWQA members and lobbyists.”

A PWQA “parcel of literature” about PWQA will be provided to each representative that attends the Legislative Days to ensure if, or when, anything affecting the water industry comes across his or her desk, he or she knows to call PWQA for an explanation of how the potential decisions at hand will impact the water improvement industry.

According to the information provided by PWQA, “The purpose of this annual event is to build strength and make PWQA and its members a trusted reliable source of information.”

The upcoming Legislative Days will take place March 23 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. for training and meetings with legislators and then 5 to 7 p.m. for a legislative reception, and March 24 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. for meetings with legislators.

PWQA asks those planning to attend the event to call the PWQA office at 760-664-7348.
