Some Jersey Shore residents claim that their drinking water is undrinkable, noted the article.

Heather Albala-Doyle said she has had to deal with murky, discolored water for months.

“I can’t be nice about this anymore,” Albala-Doyle added. “Beyond frustrating to know that I am paying for water that I can barely use.”

In order to avoid using the dirty water, Albala-Doyle has been spending $80 a month on bottled water, stated the article.
