LINCOLN, Neb. — Survival Still is offering a free webinar entitled "Understanding Red Cross Recommendations for Treating Water in an Emergency" on Thursday, Dec. 12, according to a press release.

The webinar will give participants information on how they can provide their families with safe drinking water in an emergency, the release reported.

Specifically, the webinar will cover Red Cross recommendations for treating water in an emergency, take a deeper look at why the Red Cross recommends what they do, detail how to safely go beyond Red Cross recommendations and explain how to purify even ocean water, noted the release.

According to the release, the webinar will take place at 7 p.m. on Dec. 12.
