WESTERVILLE, Ohio — The National Ground Water Research and Educational Foundation (NGWREF) applauds those selected to attend this year’s Emerging Leaders Alliance Conference taking place Nov. 10-12, in Reston, Va., according to a press release.

The Emerging Leaders Alliance Conference attendees will partake in a week of tuition-free presentations with topics including global and virtual team leadership, managing change, powerful practices for leading innovation and more — all significant aspects to help enhance the groundwater industry, stated the release.

The winning National Ground Water Association (NGWA) members were chosen based on their commitment to the groundwater industry and their potential to lead the industry into the future, noted the release.

"The Foundation’s initial class is indicative of the quality of the industry’s professionals early in their careers,” said NGWA and NGWREF CEO Kevin McCray, CAE. “These Foundation awards are an investment in making people better so they will advance the professions and continue to make other people better as well."
