TRILITY enters purchase agreement with Water Infrastructure Group

ADELAIDE, Australia — TRILITY delivers wastewater, water and reuse solutions across Australia’s industrial and municipal sectors.

ADELAIDE, Australia — TRILITY, an Australian private water utility, announced that it has made a purchase agreement with Water Infrastructure Group, a subsidiary of U.S.-based Pentair, to acquire the operation and maintenance of its operations business, according to a press release.

The purchase agreement covers the maintenance and operation of 35 treatment plants through six significant contracts, stated the release.

The release reported that the treatment plants are located throughout Victoria, South Australia and New Zealand.

The release noted that TRILITY Managing Director Francois Gouws said, “TRILITY was delighted at being able to conclude the agreement thereby further strengthening its national footprint.”
