SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. — Saving money on better pool purification is what ClearWater Tech ozone equipment is all about. So it’s quite natural the company’s new iTunes App stresses those savings, according to a press release.

Now available for iPhones and iPads, the new App greets users with an eye-opening sliding bar calculator. On the far left side, it shows the yearly savings a ClearWater ozone system can produce for a 10,000 gallon capacity pool.

Slide the bar to the right and the user sees the amount of yearly savings go up correspondingly as the capacity of the pool grows to 80,000 gallons, noted the release.

As to the savings, the app’s calculator shows that they can range from $300 to $2,400 a year depending on the size of the pool. The App also cross-links 11 different ClearWater systems, each appropriate for the size pool being analyzed by the calculator, stated the release.

Designed primarily to assist dealers with their sales presentations, the app also has facets that will prove to be interesting to both residential and commercial pool owners.
