HOUSTON — Man in Texas turns to drinking water for a way to lose weight.

HOUSTON — A 49-year-old former plant worker from Baytown, Texas had tried several different diets before turning to drinking water for the solution, according to KHOU News.

B.D. Sylvia started drinking a lot of water. A glass before he eats, a glass while he eats and another when he’s done eating.

All of a sudden Sylvia started to notice the pounds shedding off, eventually losing 90 pounds, noted the article.

“By drinking water it helps with your appetite. It helps to suppress it. So that in turn you’re not adding in more calories,” said My Fit Foods Nutrition Coach Amanda Goldsmith.
