PHILADELPHIA — FMC Corporation recently announced that it will participate in the 86th Annual Water Environment Federation Technical Exhibition and Conference (WEFTEC) in Chicago from October 5 to 9, according to a press release.
FMC’s booth will showcase VigorOx® WWT II wastewater disinfection technology, a disinfection process solution built around the company’s 15 percent peracetic acid (PAA) formulation, which is U.S. EPA-approved for the disinfection of wastewater effluent streams, added the release.
“We’re eager to attend WEFTEC and share the results from recent VigorOx full-scale operating experiences and trials with our peers,” said Dr. Kwok-Keung “Amos” Au, technology applications manager for Water Treatment.
WEFTEC is the largest water quality exhibition in the world, offering over 27 workshops, 140 technical sessions, 1,000 presentations and posters, and hosting more than 17,000 attendees.
