International banking firm advises sale of water and wastewater utility company

CHICAGO — Madison Street Capital LLC is an international investment banking firm delivering corporate financial advisory services, merger and acquisition expertise, financial opinions and valuation services to privately and publicly held businesses.

CHICAGO — Madison Street Capital LLC acted as the exclusive advisor to water and wastewater systems in the parishes of Morehouse, Winn, Richland, Bienville, Jackson and Madison, in their sale to Utilities Inc., a water and wastewater utility company in Northeastern Louisiana, according to a press release.

Madison Street Capital, an international investment banking firm, delivers corporate financial advisory services, merger and acquisition expertise, financial opinions and valuation services to privately and publicly held businesses, stated the release.

Madison Street Capital Mananging Director Jay Rodgers led the transaction team, and the terms of the deal were not disclosed, continued the release.

“We are happy to continue playing a positive role in helping shape the utilities landscape in Louisiana for the better,” said Madison Street Capital CEO Charles Botchway. “These systems are now positioned to provide better and improved services to the communities they serve under the guidance of the team at Utilities Inc.”
