Icon Technology Systems appoints new vice president of sales

ATLANTA — Icon Technology Systems provides the new broad line of NSF Certified drinking water and OCS water filtration products under the eco3 filtration brand, which promotes a more environmental and hygienic platform.

ATLANTA — Icon Technology Systems announced the appointment of Don Orr as vice president of sales for the U.S. market, according to a press release.

Orr, an active member of the filtration and drinking water industries for more than 25 years, previously held the position of vice president of point-of-use (POU) water cooler products for MTN Products, stated the release.

He has worked for numerous industry manufacturers and has managed several POU water cooler companies throughout his extensive career, added the release.

The release reported that other prior industry achievements include: WQA certified water specialist CWS-V, IBWA certified bottling plant operator and WQA certified installer.

Orr will continue to work closely with MTN to help launch and support the eco3 filtration product line through MTN’s cooler distribution network, noted the release.

“We are pleased to welcome Don to Icon,” said Icon Chairman Chris Marsden. “The appointment underlines our commitment to the U.S. water filtration market and expanding our distribution partners in the coming months.”
