Endress+Hauser releases free instructional videos

GREENWOOD, Ind. — Customers have 24/7 access to the more than 100 free, step-by-step instructional videos on Endress+Hauser’s YouTube channel.

GREENWOOD, Ind. — Endress+Hauser announced the release of more than 100 free, step-by-step instructional videos to its YouTube channel, according to a press release.

The short videos cover all of Endress+Hauser’s core product lines including flow, level, analytical and temperature, perfect for customers looking for quick solutions to commonly asked questions, stated the release.

The release continued that videos covering the manufacturer’s recorder line and fieldcare configuration software are also available.

The technical support team consists of product specialists, team managers and engineers, and the team projects that the how-to videos will help customers answer questions and resolve any issues more efficiently and quickly, reported the release.

“Today our customers are looking for quick answers in order to become more efficient in their day-to-day work,” said Endress+Hauser Vice President of Service Brian Walker. “Providing our customers with these quick, instructional videos not only allows us to resolve customer problems more quickly but also provides our customers with another avenue to seek our support.”

Customers have 24/7 access to the instructional videos on Endress+Hauser’s YouTube channel, and new videos will continuously be uploaded, noted the release.
