Kinetico enters strategic collaboration with former owner of Aquacare

NEWBURY, Ohio — Kinetico Incorporated, founded in 1970, is a global manufacturer of water treatment systems for OEM, residential and commercial markets.

NEWBURY, Ohio — Kinetico UK Holdings, operating subsidiary of Kinetico Incorporated, signed a definitive agreement to acquire the shares in Aquacare Belgium and Aquacare International NV, according to a press release.

The acquisition enables the “strategic collaboration between Kinetico and Aquacare’s former owner Jean Paul van Kerkhoven” to mutually invest in a business providing consumers, restaurants and offices located in France and Belgium with water treatment products and services, stated the release.

The release reported that van Kerkhoven will be the managing director of the new company, Kinetico France SARL and Kinetico Belgium NV.

“It is exciting for the Aquacare team to join Kinetico,” said van Kerkhoven. “It will allow us to invest further and fulfill our shared passion for changing lives through better water solutions across France and Belgium and ultimately continental Europe.”
