Neptune Benson acquires Sonitec Vortisand Inc.

MIAMI — Neptune Benson is a supplier of engineered products serving the industrial, municipal and aquatics markets.

MIAMI — Neptune Benson announced the acquisition of Sonitec Vortisand Inc., according to a press release.

Sonitec, founded in 1986 and based in Montreal, Canada, engineers and manufactures submicron automatic sand filtration products serving the industrial process water treatment market, stated the release.

“We are pleased to welcome Sonitec to Neptune Benson,” said Neptune Benson CEO Kenneth Rodi. “The acquisition of Sonitec expands Neptune’s presence in the industrial process markets and compliments our ETS UV product line with many applications in industrial process water treatment. The addition of Sonitec fits well with our strategy.”
