KINGWOOD, Texas — Envirogen Technologies Inc. will soon expand its offerings to include water treatment and management solutions for food and beverage processors in North America, according to a press release.
Envirogen has had a major presence in Europe for more than 10 years, noted the release. Its technologies and management expertise allow it “to deliver programs for incoming water treatment, process water conditioning, process filtration, water recycle & reuse, and wastewater treatment.”
The company aims to aid North American food and beverage producers “prepare water from municipal or impacted groundwater sources, enhance facility throughput, and reduce water footprint at the lowest lifecycle cost,” stated the release.
Richard Reese, Envirogen’s president and CEO, said in the release the company combines technology, engineering, design, construction and operations services to create comprehensive solutions.
“When you invest in new or existing assets for process improvement or environmental performance, you want a least-cost, long-term solution that performs per the design,” Reese added in the release. “You want the people you work with to be responsible for what they do.”
Envirogen West Regional Vice President Todd Webster continued in the release that his company can implement systems to help the U.S. cope with extreme drought conditions.
