Aqua4, Inc. announces joint venture with Water Drilling Inc.

Southwestern Water Exploration Co., dba Aqua4, Inc., has entered into a joint venture agreement with Water Drilling Inc. to explore and develop new aquifers in Wyoming and other western states.


HOUSTON, June 5, 2003 --Southwestern Water Exploration Co. doing business as Aqua4, Inc. (SWWE) has entered into a joint venture agreement with Water Drilling Inc. to explore and develop new aquifers in Wyoming and other western states.

Water Drilling Inc. is a private company engaged in the water industry, as well as the oil and gas market. The company's information may be found at their Web site at www.waterdrillinginc.com.

Aqua4, Inc. also announced that the company has relocated to Houston in order to take advantage of Houston's reputation as the exploration capital of the world. Boswick stated, "Our presence in Houston will allow us to more readily access the vast pool of talent, capital, and opportunities available in that market." The move signifies the company's diversification as not only a water company, but an attempt to capitalize on the oil and gas opportunities and convert Aqua4, Inc. into a fully integrated natural resource company.
