Wilden® has announced the release of 430 and 830 Advanced™ FIT 316 stainless steel AODD pumps. Featuring superior corrosion resistance in aggressive chemical applications, the pumps have been specifically designed to serve as direct replacements for existing Wilden 38-mm (1-1/2") and 51-mm (2") advanced pump installations. The pumps feature superior flow rates and easy installation and fit bolt-to-bolt and pipe-to-pipe in existing fluid-handling piping systems to provide increased performance with no re-piping necessary.

Three 24-ft.-long vertical, centrifugal and thermoplastic pumps have been engineered and manufactured by Vanton Pump & Equipment Corp. to handle washdown fluid containing sulfuric acid. The pump columns are constructed of chlorinated polyvinyl chloride, while the hydraulic heads (casing, cover, impellers, screens, etc.) are made of injection molded polyvinylidene fluoride. Each pump is performance-tested before delivery to ensure that it complies not only with specified Conditions of Service but also at points above and below it.

The Grundfos Hydro MPC BoosterpaQ is a fully-integrated and compact pressure-boosting system that offers multiple configurations -- with up to six pumps in parallel -- to accommodate industrial applications.
