SANTA ANA, CA and WILLISTON, VT, Mar. 30, 2009 -- Harris Computer Systems, a subsidiary of Constellation Software Inc., is pleased to announce that the City of Santa Ana, CA, has implemented Systems & Software's enQuesta 3e solution to assist in providing an integrated approach to managing and optimizing its customer service operation.
Santa Ana, the County Seat of Orange County, and the 9th largest city in California, was in search of an enterprise resource planning system (ERP). The City is now delivering customer information and water, refuse, sewer, and paramedic subscription billing services to its more than 350,000 residents using enQuesta.
S&S successfully implemented their core enQuesta CIS solution as well as their customer self-service module, enQuesta WebConnect. Customers are able to view their account and consumption information online. Dave Decker, General Manager at S&S notes, "We are very excited to have the City of Santa Ana live on enQuesta. To ensure a smooth implementation and go-live success, we focused on using our prior implementation experience, a quality staff and standard processes."
Christine Duarte, Treasury Manager at the City comments, "Thanks to the combined efforts of our Municipal Utility Services section, our IS team and the hard work of S&S, we have experienced a successful implementation."
