Water Expo China 2015 moves to NCIEC

BEIJING — The Water Expo China 2015, taking place Nov. 18-20 at the new China International Exhibition Center (NCIEC) in Beijing, is projected to welcome more than 500 exhibitors, 60 buyer delegations and 35,000 visitors.

BEIJING — To accommodate expansion, Water Expo China 2015 will relocate to the new China International Exhibition Center (NCIEC) in Beijing, according to a press release.

Organized by Messe Frankfurt (Shanghai) Co. Ltd. and the Chinese Hydraulic Engineering Society, the show will take place Nov. 18-20 and is projected to welcome more than 500 exhibitors, 60 buyer delegations and 35,000 visitors, stated the release.

The release reported that the Water Expo China is recognized among industry players as “a platform covering the entire water value chain,” and to accommodate the government of China’s targets for water pollution prevention, exhibits at the 2015 show will include, but are not limited to: Flood prevention and drought resistance, water conservancy, water business, water treatment technology and industry equipment, as well as water ecology, resources and environment.

“The show is continuously strengthening, and this growth is driven by the Chinese government’s forthcoming policies on managing the country’s water sources and wastewater treatment initiatives,” said Li Zantang, secretary general of the Chinese Hydraulic Engineering Society. “Additionally, we have built up our cooperation with industry associations, business chambers, research institutions and other related institutions to promote Water Expo China as one of the most important and comprehensive meeting platforms for the water industry.”
