WateReuse Research Foundation to participate in ‘Giving Tuesday’

ALEXANDRIA, Va. — The WateReuse Research Foundation is asking for donations during “Giving Tuesday,” taking place Dec. 2, to help fund the launch of a comprehensive initiative educating the public on the importance of water reuse to protect the environment, economy and quality of life.

ALEXANDRIA, Va. — The WateReuse Research Foundation announced it will participate in “Giving Tuesday,” a worldwide day of giving to charities taking place on Dec. 2, and is urging everyone to do the same, according to a press release.

The WateReuse Research Foundation plans to launch a comprehensive initiative in 2015 to educate the public on the importance of water reuse to protect the environment, economy and quality of life, stated the release.

The release reported that the project will feature a documentary film and funding will also be used to create informative infographics, animations and video vignettes on water reuse.

The WateReuse Research Foundation is asking for tax-deductible contributions to help develop the educational tools to build public support for protecting current and future water supplies, noted the release.
