LATHAM, N.Y. — The Sonoma County Water Agency is part of the Sonoma-Marin Saving Water Partnership, winners of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Watersense Excellence Award this year.
The Sonoma-Marin Saving Water Partnership is a partnership of 10 water utilities in California that work together to establish common water conservation projects on a regional basis to cost-effectively conserve more water than would otherwise be conserved on an individual agency-by-agency basis.
The partnership is managed by the Sonoma County Water Agency.
In this podcast, Carrie Pollard, Principal Programs Specialist at Sonoma County Water Agency, talks about the partnership, its mission and successes.
