ABINGDON, Va. — The Washington County Service Authority (WCSA) recently launched its redesigned, interactive and user-friendly website offering improved functionality and navigation, according to a press release.

The revamped website, developed to provide easy access across desktop and mobile devices, delivers a streamlined platform where customers can easily access important WCSA resources and information, stated the release.

The release reported that WCSA consumers can also quickly pay their bills online through the “Pay Your Bill” feature and find emergency numbers and essential forms relating to their water and wastewater services.

Additional features on the redesigned website include drop-down menus with access to important WCSA reports, policies, guidelines and procedures, noted the release.

“At WCSA, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality service possible, and our new website is another example of our efforts to meet their needs,” said WCSA General Manager Robbie Cornett. “Our website offers an additional access point and online resource for customers. Online visitors will find the information they need to be clearly presented and easily located, ensuring a much more engaging experience for our customers.”
