WEF announces 2014 WEF Fellows recipients

ALEXANDRIA, Va. — The WEF Fellows program distinguishes contributions, stature and achievements in the water quality profession.

ALEXANDRIA, Va. — The Water Environment Federation (WEF) announced 12 water industry professionals as the 2014 WEF Fellows program recipients, a designation identifying members’ achievements, stature and contributions in the water business, according to a press release.

WEF Fellows are renowned in several areas of expertise including, but not limited to: Education, design, operations, research, regulation, utility management and leadership, stated the release.

The recipients will be acknowledged during WEF’s 87th annual Technical Exhibition and Conference (WEFTECH® 2014), taking place in New Orleans, La., Sept. 27 through Oct. 1, noted the release.

“These are some of the finest water quality professionals in action today,” said WEF Executive Director Eileen O’Neill. “The Fellows designation recognizes the level of their impact on our profession and its ability to affect public health and the environment.”
