ALEXANDRIA, Va. — The Water Environment Federation (WEF) announced the winners of the 2014 StormTV Project competition, which recognizes, promotes and highlights the important work of stormwater professionals worldwide through videos that are submitted from nonprofit organizations, government entities, consulting firms and equipment manufacturers, according to a press release.

Since 2012, WEF has collected more than 220 videos highlighting green infrastructure, stream restoration, public education, manufactured treatment devices and more, stated the release.

Awards will be presented to the competition winners, along with a screening of the winning videos, in the Stormwater Pavilion Theater (Booth 8303) during WEF’s 87th Annual Technical Exhibition and Conference (WEFTEC 2014), continued the release.

For this year’s competition, 25 expert judges rated the videos based on innovation, content matter, visual appeal and quality, message communication and relevance; the StormTV Project videos can be viewed on WEF’s YouTube Channel, noted the release.
