West Yost taps Rhorer as VP, chief strategic officer

DAVIS, Calif. — Kyle Rhorer has more than 20 years of experience in the municipal utility consulting and engineering fields.

DAVIS, Calif. — West Yost Associates has hired Kyle Rhorer as vice president and chief strategic officer, according to a press release.

Rhorer will also lead West Yost's Alternative Delivery Services Group, tapping into his experience developing public-private partnerships for utility infrastructure, the release reported.

According to the release, Yost has over 20 years of experience in the municipal utility consulting and engineering fields, with particular experience in alternative project delivery, strategic planning, program management, infrastructure financing and utility financial management.
