Wharton IGEL names new advisory board member

TREVOSE, Pa. — Glynn D. Key, GE general counsel, serves as the chief legal and compliance officer for water and process technologies for GE Power & Water.

TREVOSE, Pa. — GE announced that Glynn D. Key was named to the Wharton ,University of Pennsylvania, Initiative for Global Environmental Leadership (IGEL) Advisory Board, according to a press release.

Key, GE general counsel, serves as the chief legal and compliance officer for water and process technologies for GE Power & Water, stated the release.

The release reported that in her position with GE, her global team offers support for an extensive water treatment portfolio including technology, chemicals, services, heavy equipment and large-scale capital projects in 130 countries and for roughly 7,500 employees. 

IGEL promotes knowledge for business sustainability through research, teaching and constructive dialogue among top alumni, corporate, academic, government and nongovernment organizations, and IGEL connects and leverages academic capital at the University of Pennsylvania to help business leaders create more sustainable industries, noted the release.
