Tarapore will begin his new post July 27, noted the release. He will support Xylem’s business goals and strategic priorities by leading the company’s human resources strategy, including leadership and talent development, talent acquisition, performance management, global compensation and rewards.

He brings three decades of global leadership and diverse experiences across multiple industries to Xylem, as well as a strong background in Lean Six Sigma. With a proven track record of success, we look forward to Kairus’ contributions.”
Before joining Xylem, Tarapore served as senior vice president and chief administrative officer for Babcock & Wilcox Company, reported the release. He also worked at Ceridian Corporation, General Electric, RPG Enterprises and Wipro Corporation.
Tarapore holds a Bachelor of Science from Sydenham College at the University of Bombay and a master’s degree from the XLRI School of Business and Human Resources in India.
