    The QuadroSphere® Trunnion Ball Valve, one of Val-Matic’s quarter-turn valves, can handle solids/abrasives and high-pressure requirements for valves of the power generation industry. Surfaces of the ball that are non-essential to sealing have been recessed creating additional flow paths. The recessed surfaces provide lipped edges that wipe the seat surfaces clean during opening and closing to avoid particulate buildup. The trunnion ball valve has two sets of seating surfaces to provide shut off in the fully closed position and protect the seats in the fully open position. The product is available in sizes 2 through 24 NPS and in ASME Classes 150 through 2500.
