Water-Right celebrates its 50th year in business

APPLETON, Wis. — This family business founded in 1963 sells throughout the world with its proprietary products and services.

APPLETON, Wis. — Water-Right Inc. is celebrating its 50th year in business. This family business, founded in 1963 by Glenn Gruett, has been an industry leader in treating problem water for two generations and currently sells throughout the world with its proprietary products and services, according to a press release.

Headquartered in Appleton, Wis., Water-Right’s manufacturing facility and showroom supports a nationwide network of wholesalers, distributors and water treatment professionals, including a growing international dealer base.

The corporate headquarters also encompasses their state-certified lab, Clean Water Testing, WaterCare and the Professional Level Dealer Network.

The latest business initiative, which took place on Dec. 31 2012, has been the acquisition of CustomCare Water Technologies, a custom engineered commercial and industrial water treatment systems company based in Neenah, Wisconsin.

“From our humble beginnings to where we are today, I’m very proud of our accomplishments,” says Glenn Gruett. “We are certainly fortunate to have very good people working here. This is truly a family business and I want to maintain that feel, for employees and customers alike, for the next 50 years.”
