Environmental shows in India offer sustainable solutions

NEW DELHI — The trade fair is hosting more than 50 exhibitors from India, Canada, China, Finland, Israel and Spain showcasing innovative technologies and solutions.

NEW DELHI — Messe Frankfurt’s environmental shows — Watertech India, Wastetech India, Cleantech India and Pollutech India, are being held in India’s capital in a movement toward providing sustainable solutions for the country’s wastewater treatment, resource recycling, clean energy, waste and pollution management concerns, according to a press release.

The trade fair is hosting more than 50 exhibitors from India, Canada, China, Finland, Israel and Spain showcasing innovative technologies and solutions, stated the release.

The International Conference on water, wastewater, sanitation, solid waste management and clean energy runs parallel to the trade fair and will offer a series of sessions over the three days, identifying solutions to mitigate existing environmental issues and discuss long-term plans for effective resource management across sectors, reported the release.

The conference will also address topics including: Renewable energy, pollution control and clean technologies with a panel discussion on low carbon technologies for energy security, noted the release.

The environmental shows, which started Sept. 10 and last until Sept. 12, are located in Hall 9, 10 of the Pragati Maidan in New Delhi, and admission is free for professionals who present a business card, stated the release.
