DXP Enterprises, Inc. announces pair of water/wastewater segment acquisitions

Acquisitions of Drydon Equipment, Inc. and Burlingame Engineers demonstrates DXP's commitment to expanding into the water and wastewater treatment markets.

HOUSTON — (BUSINESS WIRE) — DXP Enterprises, Inc. announced in early March that it has completed the acquisitions of Drydon Equipment, Inc. and Burlingame Engineers.

Drydon is a leading distributor and manufacturer representative of pumps, valves, controls and process equipment focused on serving the water and wastewater industry in Central and Northern Illinois, Northwest Indiana, Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Burlingame is a leading California provider of water and wastewater equipment in the industrial and municipal sectors. Financial terms of the transactions were not disclosed.
