As a Team Leader at IDE Technologies, Tal spearheads various projects and R&D initiatives focused on industrial water treatment and reuse. His responsibilities encompass everything from process design and water chemistry modeling to pilot operations and evaluating cutting-edge process technologies. Tal has been instrumental in developing groundbreaking technologies like Pulsed Flow RO.
