RWL Water Group receives Award for Excellence in Mergers and Acquisition Strategy

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. — The RWL Water Group acquired three renowned companies in the water and wastewater treatment market.

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. — Based on its recent analysis of the water and wastewater treatment market, Frost & Sullivan recognizes the RWL Water Group with the 2013 North America Frost & Sullivan Award for Excellence in Mergers and Acquisition Strategy, according to a press release.

The RWL Water Group acquired three renowned companies — Nirosoft, Aeromix Systems and Eurotec WTT — in the water and wastewater treatment market and seamlessly integrated them to become a single entity that expertly addresses clients' needs across a range of industries, such as oil and gas, mining, food and beverage, municipal and power.

The acquisitions supplement the group's capabilities in various areas, such as desalination, industrial wastewater treatment, drinking water treatment, aeration technologies, anaerobic digestion and waste-to-energy conversion.

Each acquisition brought with it numerous references, increased geographic coverage, a stronger project pipeline and a larger talent pool.
