Employees celebrate IDE’s 50 years in business

KADIMA, Israel — The company's CEO thanked employees for their roles in its success.

KADIMA, Israel — IDE Technologies held a weekend celebration for 250 employees to commemorate the company's 50th anniversary, according to a press release. 

IDE CEO Avshalom Felber spoke at the occasion, and attendees enjoyed a short film with highlights from the company's history, reported the release. Several artists also performed. 

Felber's speech thanked workers for their instrumental roles in IDE's success, stated the release. He also discussed the organization's part in providing solutions to Israel's water crisis and developing the world's largest reverse osmosis desalination plants.

Since May 1965 IDE has been registered as a desalination company with the Company Registrar, noted the release. It has been involved in the construction of more than 400 desalination and industrial water treatment plans across the globe.
