Permian Water acquires assets of Pyote Water Solutions, LLC

Permian Water acquired fee or leasehold interests in 21 salt water disposal wells, three brine stations and three fresh water stations.  

HOUSTON & MIDLAND, TEXAS, NOV. 15, 2017 -- Permian Water Solutions, LLC ("Permian Water"), a recently formed startup portfolio company of Chambers Energy Capital, announced it has acquired the majority of the assets and operating business of Pyote Water Solutions, LLC, a Midland-based provider of commercial salt water disposal facilities serving the oil and gas industry in the Permian Basin and Eagle Ford Shale. Permian Water acquired fee or leasehold interests in 21 salt water disposal wells, three brine stations and three fresh water stations. Seventeen of the salt water disposal wells are strategically located in west Texas or New Mexico serving operators in the Delaware Basin, Central Basin Platform and Midland Basin.

This acquisition establishes Permian Water's footprint in the Permian Basin and south Texas, while also establishing a Midland office.
