OCALA, Fla. — Krausz USA celebrated the first anniversary of its Ocala facility, which provides coupling and repair clamp solutions for U.S. water and wastewater industries, according to a press release.

The company was established by Krausz Industries of Israel, and the Ocala facility provides regional sales and service throughout North America, stores finished products for immediate delivery and supplies custom fabrication enhancements to base products made in Israel, stated the release.

The release reported that in addition to providing products to the water and wastewater industries, the Ocala facility houses a customer training center where clients can learn how to properly use the products.

Doug Riseden, Krausz technical support manager, has also travelled across the U.S. to introduce customers to new product innovations, noted the release.

“In our first year of operation, we have been in close touch with U.S. customers to understand their needs and provide them with good access to our products,” said Krausz USA President Tom Gwynn. “We house large inventories and can offer a wide range of products that can be customized as required. Our location in Ocala has also been invaluable given its access to surface transport across the U.S.”
