UFI/FilterCor’s ULTRA-D USM Submicron Series pleated filters use a proprietary, patented electroadsorptive media technology that is comparable to membrane and ultrafiltration efficiencies. These filters have been tested and certified using NSF/ANSI protocols, and reduce or remove up to 99.99 percent of microbiological pathogens, heavy metals, organics and inorganics from tap, brackish or saltwater. Filters are available in four media options and sizes from 2.5- and 4.5-inch OD, and in lengths from 5 to 40 inches.
