CRB Water has introduced a new national brand identity following the consolidation of five acquired companies into the former Chemtron Riverbend organization. According to the company, the integration of Premier Water, Browne Labs, Precision Chemical, Design Controls, and Southeastern Labs brings all operations under the CRB Water name, creating a unified structure with expanded technical and logistical capacity across North America.
Chief Executive Officer and Executive Chairman Randy Azzarello said the move aligns the combined businesses under a single brand to streamline service delivery and centralize expertise. He noted that the transition retains existing personnel and service models while positioning the company to meet broader customer demands.
“By bringing these businesses together under the CRB Water name, we’ve created one powerful organization with the scale, resources, and expertise to better serve our customers,” Azzarello said. “Our customers can expect the same trusted people, exceptional service, and innovative water treatment programs, now backed by the strength of a single, national brand.”
Official say the rebrand is part of CRB Water’s effort to enhance its capabilities in industrial and biological water treatment. The company reports that its integrated approach will support operational efficiency, equipment longevity, and compliance for industrial and commercial facilities by combining technical specialization with local field support and system monitoring.
